Louisiana Technical College has been in the business of Technical and Vocational education for over 75 years serving the State of Louisiana. It is our goal to offer new experiences and challenges for the residents of Baton Rouge and the Greater Baton Rouge Metropolitan area. Our courses are designed to meet your personal aims, whether to enhance opportunities for career progression, achieve life-style change or experience the sheer pleasure of learning alongside others who share your enthusiasm. We are adding new courses on an ongoing basis and will be happy to give you a call when a subject you are interested in becomes available.
What is Continuing Education?Continuing Education classes are corporate and industry speacialized training that are noncredit and typically there are no transcripts or grades. Noncredit courses are open to interested persons without regard to eligibility for admission to college-credit programs.
Courses offered in the Division of Corporate and Continuing Education are usually offered during the evening hours from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm and on the weekends. |

We can analyze your training needs through job profiling, assess workers’ current skills, and deliver customized training any time, day or night. We rely on professionals who know your business and our own top-notch academic and vocational instructors to provide high quality training. Our courses cover everything from remedial reading and writing, to highly technical industry-specific skills, to supervisory skills for your management staff.
